We currently offer service in most areas of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. We provide service to both doorman and non-doorman buildings. Click here to check your zip code

Doorman buildings:

Place your online order before 2:00PM and we will pick up your items on the scheduled date from 2:00PM to 11:30PM. Please leave your items with your doorman or concierge no later than 2:00PM. We will deliver your clean clothing to your doorman or conciege within two business days. 

Online orders placed after 2:00PM will be picked up on the scheduled day and reurned within two business days.

In an effort to preserve the environment & reduce our carbon footprint, we mainly pick up and deliver in the evenings.  Less traffic equals less emissions.

Non-doorman buldings:

We offer convenient evening pick up & delivery hours as late as 11:00PM. We offer  time windows of two hours.

Once you place your online order, you will be prompted to schedule a pickup and a delivery simultaneously. You may designate a neighbor in your building to receive your garments if you will not be home. However, if either you, or your designated neighbor, are unavailable during the pre-scheduled pick up or delivery time, you will need to reschedule and you will be subject to a $4.00 re-scheduling fee.

We offer all types of dry cleaning & laundry services to commercial accounts. Please email us to discuss your special needs.
